Last updated: September 9, 2026

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales concluded on the KVIL website between ABREU DIAS Pedro Miguel, sole proprietorship (SIREN 109 500 942), and any consumer ("the Customer") placing an order. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Product

KVIL sells a single product: an ergonomic mesh office chair, the essential characteristics of which are presented on the product sheet on the website. The photographs illustrate the product as best as possible but cannot guarantee perfect conformity with reality.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI (KVIL benefits from the VAT exemption scheme). Delivery costs are free in Europe and are specified before order validation.

4. Order

The Customer selects the product, fills in their delivery and billing details, then validates their order after checking the summary. Validation of payment constitutes definitive acceptance of the order.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order, via the payment methods offered on the site (secure Shopify Payments platform and/or third-party providers). Bank details are transmitted in an encrypted manner and are never stored by KVIL.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms and times are detailed in the Delivery Policy. The transfer of risks occurs upon physical delivery of the product to the Customer.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 clear days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty. This 14-day "Satisfied or refunded" guarantee is detailed in the Return and Refund Policy.

8. Legal guarantees

Any product sold benefits, independently of any commercial guarantee:

  • from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the Consumer Code);
  • from the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

The Customer can choose between repairing and replacing the product, subject to the cost conditions provided for in article L.217-9 of the Consumer Code. These guarantees are exercised free of charge for the Customer, who must contact KVIL at contact.kvil@gmail.com.

9. Liability

KVIL cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, stock shortage at its suppliers, or use of the product not conforming to its intended purpose.

10. Personal data

The processing of the Customer's personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Mediation and disputes

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may first send a complaint to KVIL at contact.kvil@gmail.com. Failing amicable resolution, in accordance with article L.616-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator. [Name and contact details of the mediator to be completed by KVIL once membership has been acquired — see the list of approved mediators on mediation-conso.fr].

12. Applicable law

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved by mediation, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
