KVIL delivers ergonomic office chairs throughout the European Union.
Delivery Fees
Delivery is free, with no minimum purchase, across the entire covered area.
Delivery Time
The average delivery time is 6 to 10 working days from the order confirmation and payment receipt. This period may vary depending on the destination and logistical conditions (customs, carrier). A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as the package is taken over by the carrier.
Order Preparation
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 working days after payment validation.
Delivery Delay or Incident
In the event of a significant delay, damaged package, or non-receipt, the Customer is invited to contact contact.kvil@gmail.com, indicating their order number; KVIL will take the necessary steps with the carrier and propose a solution (reshipment or refund).
Transfer of Ownership and Risks
The transfer of risks associated with the product occurs upon effective delivery to the Customer, in accordance with Article L.216-4 of the Consumer Code.
