Satisfaction or your money back — right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 clear days from receipt of the product to change their mind and exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty, with the exception, where applicable, of return shipping costs.

Return conditions

  • The product must be returned complete, undamaged and, if possible, in its original packaging;
  • The product must not have been used beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and function (as for an in-store trial);
  • The return request must be submitted before the expiration of the 14-day period.

Procedure

  1. Contact contact.kvil@gmail.com stating the order number and reason for return;
  2. KVIL confirms the procedure and return address;
  3. The Customer ships the product under the indicated conditions.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the product is defective, non-compliant, or if the error is attributable to KVIL (incorrect product, damage occurred during transport), in which case KVIL will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund

The refund will be issued using the same payment method as used for the order, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment, in accordance with Article L.221-24 of the Consumer Code.

Ineligible products

A product visibly damaged by misuse, incomplete, or returned after the expiration of the 14-day period cannot be refunded; it will, if possible, be returned to the Customer at their expense.

Additional legal guarantees

Independently of this return policy, all products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code), applicable without specific time limits beyond the legal deadlines provided for by these texts and without cost to the Customer.
