1. Data Controller

The data controller for data collected on the KVIL website is ABREU DIAS Pedro Miguel, sole proprietorship, 41 Laugères, 23230 Gouzon, France, contact.kvil@gmail.com.

2. Data Collected

When using the website and placing an order, KVIL collects: first name, last name, postal address, email address, phone number, order and payment data (processed by our payment providers, never stored in plain text by KVIL), as well as browsing data.

3. Purposes of Processing

Processing and tracking orders (preparation, delivery, after-sales service);
Managing customer relationships and responding to contact requests;
Sending commercial communications, only if the Customer has consented (newsletter subscription);
Complying with accounting, tax, and legal obligations;
Improving the website and audience measurement.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based, depending on the case, on the performance of the sales contract, the Customer's consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies), or compliance with a legal obligation (invoicing, accounting).

5. Recipients of the Data

The data is intended for KVIL and its technical service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the store: Shopify International Limited (hosting and store management platform), secure payment providers, carriers responsible for delivery. These providers only use the data for the performance of their services.

6. Retention Period

Order-related data is kept for the period necessary for managing the commercial relationship, then archived in accordance with legal retention periods (notably 10 years for accounting documents). Prospecting data (newsletter) is kept until unsubscription or 3 years after the last contact.

7. Customer Rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, erase, limit, object to, and port their data. These rights can be exercised by writing to contact.kvil@gmail.com. The Customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

8. Cookies

The website uses cookies necessary for its operation (cart, session) as well as, where applicable, audience measurement or advertising cookies subject to the Customer's prior consent, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

9. Security

KVIL implements, through its provider Shopify, appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
